Memorable for the wrong reasons.
A disappointing stay in a hotel lacking maintenance. All staff however were pleasant and kind with one exception, a Night ‘Manager’. Despite check in problems for many guests, the reception staff remained calm and helpful. Serving staff were all kind. The maintenance needs adressing and i would not recommend this hotel as a result. AC - Non functional. WiFi - Non functional (4/5 Days) Fridge - Non functional. Warm Water - Hit & Miss. However a partial refund was asked for and recieved. Thankyou.

Some of the hotel staff were unfriendly. Arrived at half 3 to check in and had to wait half an hour to get into my room. Trolleys were being rolled up and down the corridor all the time. The room's door to the gallery couldn't lock. Breakfast on new years day started late...about half hr after the scheduled start time. I will not stay here again.

No towels provided, no blankets. Air conditioning not working. Nath soap provided was dish soap. Went over the Christmas period & the restaurant was closed. No foid amenities or alternatives for diningvwas available. Staff did not care that guests did not have food available. No drinking water was available also.
