Property was misleading in my opinion. Only one restaurant otherwise had to go to the palace and the whole idea of our trip was to be at the adults only but there was nothing there. They supposedly upgraded us but found out they moved us to the palace and not the adults only. Service was less than impressive. Wouldn’t go back to this resort.

The check in was ok, they talked us in to an “upgrade” @ no cost, but had to switch to the sister resort nextdoor, a much longer walk for us to join our friends at the adults only. Food was just ok at buffets, the staff at buffet needs a little fire underthere step, always dirty tables, ask for drinks and they usually didn’t come back with them. Most employees did not speak any english so difficult to communicate. We did enjoy the Mediterranean resturant and the steak house, the sports bar, strickers was a great bar because of the bartenders, they were awesome! Don’t think we’ll be returning though to barcello Bavaro Beach.

Rooms are not so new,floor and bathrooms needs some renovation.Food is nice ,staff is very friendly but they need to learn English more.Only one Entertener his name is Jovani he can communicate very good in English. Also they don’t have enough bad at the pool or at beach.Be prepared that somebody can put your staff in the floor and take you seats.Other that that beach is amaizing and Gourme restaurant is the best.
