Majestic Elegance and the Elegance Club is 5-stars and worth every penny. We enjoyed six awesome days of beach, pools, dining, and entertainment. The resort is our absolute favorite in the DR and we will be returning to Majestic Elegance again next year! It's like coming home! We always book the Elegance Club - our Butler Dario is fantastic and helpful! And our drink servers are super special - Indira, Judit, Jenny, and Felix. The Majestic beach area is the best. The waves are just perfect. And the general area is safe and we never worried about walking the beach or around the resort. Can't wait to return next winter!

Unfortunately our overall stay was terrible, strongly advise people not to visit this hotel. Long list of issues from service to room condition, management did little to nothing to address concerns. Shame was a 3rd time in DR in a year, this hotel left a bad taste.
