Large Balcony Table and Chairs and Lake Views of Basswood Island. In lower part of building is Captain's Spirits for your favorite wine, beer, ice cream, cheese curds, and more. Only 1 block from Madeline Island Ferry and 1 block from main street of Rittenhouse Ave. You won't have to walk up hills to get to your accommodation!

Central Heat and AC + a Gas fireplace. All Linen's, Towels, Soap's, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkins, Plates, Dishes, Glasses, Utensils, Cook Ware, Drip Coffee maker, Coffee filters, Dishwasher, Iron, Ironing table, Washer, Dryer, newer furnishings and updates. Parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot or in back by ramp with parking permit. Additional parking on 1st street or Washington Ave. More parking just up Washington Ave 1 block at the City of Bayfield parking lots on both sides of Washington Ave & Broad Street.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.

Wonderful place and excellent location!
Very clean and super conveniently located. It is a half block walk to coffee, food, groceries, and downtown shops. We walked to the dock for a boat tour of the islands. The ferry to Madeline Island is less than a block away as well. Wonderful place and excellent location.
