They don’t clean rooms nor give clean towels. Their excuse was we don’t clean rooms but every 7 days. Absolutely disgusting!!! I will never stay at an extended stay again

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean but very old with worn thin linens and the bed was like sleeping on brick. Needless to say, I did not have a restful night's sleep. I feel like I paid money for a room that was as comfortable as sleeping in a car.

Dirty rooms, Breakfast is Granola Bar
2 of us checked in, friends traveling together. We were asked if we were going to cook. We said yes. The clerk asked if we wanted 2 plates. Huh? Of course we would need plates. She handed us 2 plates, 2 spoons & 2 forks. We asked for 2 knives. She gave us those and 1 frying pan after I asked if they were in the room. I asked for a teapot. Didn't have them, got a sauce pan to boil water, ok. All handed out at the desk. No supplies in kitchen. No dish towel, no detergent, no paper towels. Floors were full of debris and hair. Dried broken pasta and dirt.
Next morning we went to get the "Continental Breakfast". It was a cellophane bagged chocolate muffin and granola bar put on an extended leaf of a tiny counter. NOTHING ELSE. I don't know on what Continent this is considered breakfast but it shouldn't be advertised as such. We stayed on a busy June weekend and there were no other suites available in the area or we would have moved. Don't bother unless you know what you're getting in for and don't care.

Good hotel, good value
I've stayed here a couple times and the staff have been friendly. The rooms are clean and come with all amenities.

Won't stay again.
Pros:Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons:cigarette smell
Staff to busy on personal phone call to check us in. No Non-smoking rooms available when requested, had to settle for a smoking. The elevator and whole 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smell. Bed was hard, decor lacking. Was tolerable for passing through town for the night.

Hotel is in Belcamp not Bel Air
Pros:Free Internet
Cons:low quality
This hotel may be acceptable for a weeklong stay if you get a good enough price. It is not as nice as most 2 star hotels. If you get fresh towels or sheets more than one a week it is an extra cost. Queen rooms come with only 1 bed which is not very comfortable. No desk staff. At least room was clean.
