Perfect accommodation.
The property was in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, very roomy and had everything we needed for myself and 2 kids to enjoy everything Bribie Island had to offer. The unit is very spacious, beds were comfortable and a garage to park a rental car in was a bonus. Staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Family Unit on Sylvan Beach Esplanade
Our little family stayed here for almost 2 weeks, It is such a spacious unit & a short stroll over to the beach so was perfect for our 3 kids. Plenty of room! I loved it & it had everything we needed for our stay. I do think its due for a deep clean, it was pretty sandy downstairs, there are some walls, doors & windows that need a good clean. The cane chairs in the loungeroom are really old & unsafe, we turned them in to where the bookcase is so our kids couldn't use them. This unit is super safe for small children, there is absolutely nothing they can grab & there is a lockable door at the top of the stairs that was SUPER HANDY. We have rented through first national holiday home's a couple of times & they have always been a pleasure to deal with, however this time there was a mix up with the keys as they were dropped off at the property address rather than the safe drop box at the realestate so we didn't have the keys for over an hour after we were supposed to check in as the real was closed due to covid-19. That was definitely a big issue for us after travelling all day & there was no apology so thats disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stay & will probably book to stay here again 😍

How come your app regarding information about the beautiful unit, and what was needed to be brought etc. could be down loaded, yet your feedback form jumps up immediately. Nothing with the place, it was great, but more information about what was needed to be brought etc. would presumably have been summarised in the elusive app. Won't be using HomeAway again - just isn't worth the hassle of trying to get information. Very nice unit and location.
