For starters, there is no elevator nor front door loading/unloading zone at this property. We left our room about 645a Friday and returned about 515p Friday . Our room had not been cleaned…no coffee cups, no clean towels! We had to find someone and ask for clean towels. There was only one bedside table, not even a electrical plug in on the opposite side. The recliner in the room was stained and had torn covering. After I decided to sit in the chair, it was broken down and very uncomfortable. The hallway was not vacuumed during our stay. How do I know this? There was a piece of dental floss on the floor that was there when we arrived and there when we checked out! Lastly, on arrival, I had to pay a $50 deposit, refundable at check out, if the room was left in order…nothing destroyed. So when we checked out, I had to go to the lobby desk and wait for the clerk to go upstairs (3rd floor) and check the room before my $50 deposit was returned. I have stayed at other Wyndham locations and have never had such an experience. I’m surprised Wyndham has their name on this property. I will stay away from Super 8 by Wyndham in the future.

Check in time was 2pm. I got there a little after 2 and was told another hour at least. We had a concert to get ready for so this kind of messed up our plans. Come back at 3, room is still not ready. We finally got in our room after 3:30 to find that it was dirty. The baseboards have been ripped up. The bathroom was not put together, so not sure it was even cleaned. I paid $250 for this room and I understand there was a concert, but if I’m gonna pay that kind of money the room needs to be cleaned and I can check in on time! Disappointed in my stay!!

We checked in on 4/19/2022. We rented two rooms. There were BED BUGS in BOTH ROOMS. There was also fresh blood on the sheets when we pulled back the covers. After reading reviews on Google maps, it is evident that this is an ongoing infestation that they have neglected to affectively remedy. As a result, my family spent the rest of the night and over a $100 at a Laundromat trying to mitigate our losses. We have no way to effectively ensure that no bed bugs infiltrated, and/or laid eggs in, the electronics (laptops, tablets, handheld video games, etc) that had been in the rooms. Filthy dirty. Wall lights didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. TV stand broken. 20 minutes to find the remote under the bed, where there was a lot of trash and filth. Chair in the room has stains of who knows what on it and is dirty. Long black hairs all over the bathroom. Baseboards ripped off the wall. Bed not level. Security chain on the door is missing. Floors creak with every step. Worst hotel in my 53 years.
