Little things make a big difference
Generally our stay was quite fine. The staff were delightful and the location excellent.
A few little things though: The bathroom door wouldnt close and despite mentioning this it wasnt attended to while we where there.
The design of the bathroom is strange as any sort of shower with water pressure sprays water all over the floor. We had multiple towels down on the floor at all times to catch the water and not to slip.
The lighting was, shall we say , ‘atmospheric’ because half the room only had 1 floor lamp to see with which was a pain when trying to pack and sort clothes of similar colours etc.
We could hear other people in other rooms and the outside hallway music could be heard in our room.
It might have just been our location on the 3rd floor.
These are small things which would not prevent us staying again but fixing them would have made for a much improved experience.
The breakfasts were great
