The short-term residential parking requirements are as follows, according to section 84.28.060 of the San Bernardino County Code:
- All rentals must have on-site parking, parking within the property boundaries.
- At no time should vehicles be parked on neighboring properties, streets, transportation right-of-way, or in any manner that would create an obstruction.
- On-site parking areas shall be kept free from any obstructions, including but not limited to excessive amounts of snow, which would prevent use for vehicle parking.

Fit for ages 9-95!

It's difficult to find a place that is equally exciting for a 9-year-old as a 95-year-old, but this property threaded the needle! My grandmother was able to navigate the the first floor well, and enjoyed the beautiful views from the windows and the balcony, while the children loved having a special room upstairs and learning to play pool. This has one of the best kitchens I've ever rented, it was spacious and had everything. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and inviting for all, and the host is amazing. 10/10 place that provided us an incredible weekend.

Perfect for Families

We came in for Christmas with our two boys and their families. Stephanie‘s home was really perfect in every way. Plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out as well as a great room for all of us to come together and celebrate, play games, pool, as well as enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The gated community and being pet friendly were the icing on the cake, so to speak. We are already making plans to come back in the summer. Stephanie was awesome to work with..

Cozy family retreat

Upon check in we were so pleasantly surprised to find a home that the listing didn’t do justice. Beautiful views in a woodsy cabin served us with just the relaxing cabin feel we needed for our large group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Great communication by the owner and manager. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous lake view

This house was amazing all one level except upstairs that led to a bedroom and loft area which is so rare in lake arrowhead! Right across the street from the lake with a gorgeous view of the lake! location amazing about 5 miles to cedar glen cafe and the malt shop which is a must to visit and around 10 miles to the village the only complaint is they need more blankets on beds and throw blankets! The management company was amazing best i have ever dealt with we are definitely booking this house again

Stephanie was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. The views were amazing! Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Great deck views! Beautiful home

Beautiful location and spacious clean home. Excellent well equipped kitchen, we cooked a few meals together and ate a few meals out in Lake arrowhead Village. Everybody had plenty of room to spread out, and come together – and we were three families with adult kids so we really got to hang together. One of the day beds upstairs on the top floor needs to be replaced as some springs were missing and and some falling out, but we made it work and still had a great time. The pool table was a plus! The deck had beautiful views of the lake.The host was available for anything we needed.

Spacious house

Beautiful area, no lake access but you can walk around the neighborhood and a quick drive to the village. Huge deck surrounded by trees, lots of seating and a great view. Perfect place for a big family.

We found chipmunk seeds (food) on the bed in master bedroom. No electricity for hours in the property. The barbecue did not work. lots of spider web was all around. Very uncomfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway

We bring the family to Lake Arrowhead every year during the President’s Day weekend, and every year we stay in a new home. I have to say, I think we’ve found the perfect place to come back to from now on. This house was just perfect. So much space, entertainment, and a deck and view of the lake to die for. Watching the sunset every night with the family while bundled up was one of the most memorable moments. Stephanie was an absolute doll to work with. She was always available when we reached out and a total pleasure to always talk to. I will be recommending this property to all my friends and family, and hope to be back soon.

Place was excellent, but to get around was a trial

THE HOME WAS WELL KEPT, NOT TO WARE YOU WERE AFRAID TO STEP. Stephanie, our contact, was top of the line. Had directions, places to see, resturants, and you name it, made our trip so enjoyable. I can't say enough about her, and Rafa, who was ready and able if we had any questions. Have recommended this home to many friends, who are ready to book. Steptanie, you were the best. Really enjoyed boat ride with Capt. John. He is quite a character. Not sure I believe all his srories, but gave us a great tour of lake, explaining its history, and current owners. Let kids swim, and offered anyone to ski, or wake board. Couldn't have been happier for all you did, and the home. Thank You, Flip and Jet
