Upon our arrival there was approximately 4 squares of toilet paper left on the roll along with a nasty smell of seafood and marijuana in the room. When asking for a roll of toilet paper from the front desk, they didn’t have any and had to send someone with a roll…30 minutes later. An hour into our stay the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate…not that anyone told us to because there was no staff to be found. When we woke up there was also zero coffee cups for our in room coffee maker. This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel.

Looks ok, terrible inside.
This hotel looks good on photos but it was apparently an optical illusion. Lonny was nice but as soon as we got into the elevator it was dirty and smelled. Getting off on the third floor it reeked of cigarettes - everywhere. Our room had the smoke detectors and sprinklers covered in plastic bags and wrapped with duct tape. The room itself was ok and was supposedly just renovated. We had 1 tiny soap, shampoo and conditioner for 4 people. Outside the room there was a sofa in an alcove and there were several guys sitting there and drinking beer and talking when we arrived. They were there until late, drinking and talking in the hallway. There was no hot water in the room in the morning so the kids couldn’t shower. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We complained about the smoke and the lack of hot water and the front desk manager did give us some kind of rewards points for their hotel. Thankfully it was only 1 night because we would not have gone back or stayed a second.
