I am very upset abt this hotel making unauthorized charges to my credit card. The front desk said i would be charged $20 deposit. And i signed ONLY for a $20 deposit. I check my credit card two days later they have charged an amount in $96.80 twice and another charge of $20. I call the hotel when i leave bc my daughter had an early volleyball tournament to make sure they close out my rooms. The front desk said they would and she would have her manager look into the additional charges. I check today and it’s 2 new charges that have posted of $$116.80 and two pending charges of still $96.80. I paid for my hotel stay with my debit card of $335. There is no way in hell this hotel should’ve been charging my card like this. Very disgusted with this whole experience. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! And i’ve disputed ALL unauthorized charges!!! Just crooks!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had to change rooms several times. The first room smelt like dog urine. The second room had bugs all over the curtains and window (INSIDE THE ROOM) !!! The third room the heater/AC unit didn’t work and it was freezing. But worst of all there was a brown crusty spot on the sheet. It was not a stain! It was crusty!! They didn’t wash the sheets and bedding!!!!!!!!! I am horrified. I am 34 and I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff. They were very nice. I wish I could get my money back though. I didn’t sleep at all. I was busy trying to keep my kid warm and away from the filth. I have pictures of the bedding with the crusty brown spot and the bugs.

Good stay with Edges
The stay was mostly good. Free and easy parking and a nice sized room. Good and friend;ly staff checkin and directions given for breakfast. The bed was comfortabe and clean. The heater was hard to get set in a comfy temp despite a maintenance worker coming to check it out early evening. (announced with a big bang on the door as I was trying to nap, but whatever) I had to turn it off during the night to sleep so it was a bit chill in the morning. The bathroom was clean with a good shower but there were no shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower containers. I opened the soap provided , it fell in the shower and shattered into 8 pieces. Guess is was a little old? Other than that, a good stay and worth another try down the road. I didn't eat breakfast as there was a Cracker Barrel 10 minutes away.
