Lilly, Kate & Debra were more than welcoming & provided great information about the area. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet area & we would definitely stay here again anytime. Just can't say enough about how great the staff was!!

quick easy check in & out, was a perfect cheap option for my one night stay. small and comfortable room but plenty of storage places if needed. definitely would stay again

First of all Lilly at the Front Desk did her best to help us. We checked in and the the bathroom floor had lots of hair on the floor and in the tub and the tub floor looked dirty. Lilly immediately gave us a new room which at first seemed fine. We got back from dinner and realized that the tv in the room didn't work. Lilly worked with my husband to try and get it to work but the end result was that we could only get one channel and no sound. Then when I went around to lock up for the night I realized that the lock to the adjoining room did not lock. It would just spin, which meant that while we were at dinner the adjoining room could have just come into our room. Luckily they did not. I again called Lilly and she was very apologetic, and while on the phone with her my husband was able to jimmy the lock the door so that it actually locked.

Definitely an oversight on her part that I will address. With the TV issue and the door problem I can see why you were unhappy with us. Thank you for letting me know - all these items have been repaired.

Decent hotel. Very clean, but it backs up on the highway and you can hear every car that drives by. We turned on the fan on the HVAC system, which helped drown the traffic noise.

Thanks for your review! That highway can be noisy facing the highway on 2nd and 3rd floor. Glad you were able to find a solution. The next time you stay with us, you can request a room facing the parking lot, or one on the first floor. There is a berm behind the hotel that muffles the sound for first floor rooms. Thanks for staying with us - we do apprefiate it!
