We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite on the 7th floor. It was perfect - clean, large and well-stocked. The hotel has a huge breakfast buffet and it delicious. Numerous fresh fruits I have never tasted before. The best breakfast I have ever had! The workout facility was large and they offer to turn on the steam room &/or sauna with 30 mins notice. The hotel area is right next to a neighborhood with cute German-style homes and buildings. Very convenient to Zona-G, Chapinero & Usaquen.

Nos gustó la atención de todo el personal destacando a los muchacha/os del restaurante que atendían en el desayuno y las de aseo de las habitaciones. El hotel en general pero quiero hacer una crítica constructiva, ya es tiempo que vayan cambiando mobiliario y lámparas. Y ahora la parte fea, no nos gustó que nos dieran una tarifa para ir a la Plaza de Bolivar y nos cobrarán 6000 pesos de más. Y no es en sí por la cantidad sino por el hecho de querer estafados. De resto todo muy bien.

Radisson Bogota Metrotel is an excellent choice for the business traveler. Its strategic location in the financial district makes it quite convenient, and its services (dining, meeting spaces, etc.) make Metrotel a most viable alternative in the area. Speaking of service, I was most impressed by the care and dedication of the hotel staff: From the bellmen, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, to management... Everyone appears to be in the same mindset: Friendliness and efficiency. Kudos to management for selecting solid staff, and for doing whatever it is they are doing, to keep them motivated and happy. The job satisfaction of the Metrotel staff is quite apparent, and it translates into friendly and efficient interactions with customers. Congratulations!
