The electrical outlet next to the coffee pot was not working, there was a leak from the toilet seal that kept the floor wet most of the time

Sorry for your recent experience. We have taken the 150 deposit for the past 3 years and it was listed on the booking site when you made the reservation.

When I arrived to the property there were 4 police cars in front who were inside dealing with someone. Not a safe place for being close to shopping mall.

Air conditioning barely worked. The lobby and halls were humid and stuffy. They have a pool, but they rent it out to another company. The elevator smelled like urine. The a/c they did have for the second floor dripped on you as you entered the building. There was always broken glass in the parking lot. And to top it off they had the water shut off throughout the building for a while. And then their key cards stopped working throughout the building. You could hear the rooms next to you through the bathroom vent. And the button on the elevator was missing the cover so you had to stick your finger into the button hole. It was a horrible experience.

The room was nice but I wasn't very happy after learning that there was only one washer and drier! I was also surprised when the television would go off and I would have to start it up again once in a while.
