We unfortunately had issues: Bed sheets were damp. Had to ask for new sheets. Shampoo dispenser was broken, could not get any shampoo but asked the front desk for shampoo and gave us bottles of shampoo. No hot water! This was an issue last night and also this morning! The staff was very apologetic and tried to do what they can. He is trying to get us to another room just to shower. Very dissapointing!

The staff was professional and friendly. Everything was great. The location is good. Only minor complaint was that the room carpet was a bit sticky/dirty. Overall the room was clean. The bedding was clean and the beds are comfortable.
