The Versailles Tower does not feel like it's part of the Paris hotel. Just to get to the pool is a nightmare. I booked a room with a pool view got a room face the construction site. At least they were able to fix that.

The Paris Hotel was a HUGE disappointment and embarrassment to all 9 people I took on this trip. We waited 30 min wait to check in. The Front Desk then said that I owed more resort fees as Travelocity website "does not calculate resort fees correctly". I had to get a Manager to explain extra fees and after some time, resolve the issue. The hotel rooms were old and DID NOT look like photos on Travelocity website. Old, worn out carpet, beat up furniture, etc. The room was exceptionally cold and I had to have maintenance come up at 1am to correct the issue. There was low water pressure in the showers in all 4 rooms and the entire family complained of the difficulty in showering. I had to call housekeeping each morning. The staff at Paris was very nice, but I am completely disappointed with Paris and embarrassed that I subjected my entire family to that vacation hotel experience.

The hotel and the shopping places I would say 5 stay. The parking was very hard to get to but over all great experience

Carpet and chair stained. Checkin very understaffed and slow. For a supposed nice hotel they provide few "extras" or charge excessively for them. Really was not woth the $, especially for vegas where you can usually get a nice room for a decent price

The hotel is nice the only thing is that I pay to see a nice viewings on my room and I pay 400 and the viewing was total different
