Keine Zimmer - kein Vermieter vor Ort -
Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und sind um ca.16.45 angereist. Die Adresse ist sehr schwer zu finden - liegt in einem großen, eingezäunten Wohngebiet .Die Hotels.com Anfahrbeschreibung ist bestenfalls mangelhaft.Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort und auch Tel. nicht erreichbar -selbst mit Hilfe des direkten Nachbarn. Nach ca.2 Stunden Wartezeit haben wir uns neue Zimmer gesucht. Die Hotline von Hotelscom war nicht mehr erreichbar - weil es eine Zeitverschiebung von 2Std gibt Das die Hotline von Hotelscom nur bis 17.00 in Deutschland erreichbar ist - hilft dabei auch nicht.
