Comfy bed, but the pull out couch ended up being an extremely small click clack futon. Not great for sleeping on and super uncomfortable to sit on. Room was full of mismatched furniture. Hot tub was broken which was ahuge bummer after ice fishing all day. Walls were very thin so the room was noisey. Would not stay here again.

We booked this hotel specifically for a relaxed night away in Minnesota winter and mainly had planned to swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub and use the sauna. It wasn’t until after we had checked in, we saw that the hot tub was drained, the sauna was out of order and the pool was FREEZING. Had I known all this, I wouldn’t have wasted my money.

First of all I went there to ask a question before my stay and when I got there, there was no one on site. We waited i swear over 30 min and no one showed up, my cousin looked all over the hotel to find someone and even went outside to look and no one!!! Finally we found the bell by the front door and we pushed it finally she came out from where ever she was and she was really rude to us from the start and we got to the property after I think about 6:30pm. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again because of the rudeness staff member!!

Property is under renovation but otherwise a nice clean place to stay. Staff were friendly. Rooms had an old smell of cigarette smoke but otherwise clean. All the necessary amenities. Only glitch was I made a Note in Travelocity for pet room and first floor room and that was missed. We were accommodated but had to go from double queen to single and there was no price adjustment.
