The lighting was terrible. The carpet had multiple spots that looked as though a pet had peeded on it. The armchair was filthy and would not sit in it. The chair at the desk needed the arms reupholstered because the chair was forced under the desk. Horrible shower head. I will never stay at another Wyndham property. The desk clerk at check in could not split the bill between 2 credit cards. Just not a good experience.

Room was alright once we acclimated to the musty smell from old carpet still in portion of room. Extra outlets for charging devices would be a nice addition.

There was a problem with the drain plug in the lavatory. It was missing and I found it on the floor under the counter. It needs to be properly re-installed. There was also a leak on the line to the shower head. This is an easy fix and should be taken care of. I think the shower head was cross-threaded. We were in suite #140. Everything else was great.

Clean and comfortable room. The bed was fairly soft and comfortable unlike most places I've stayed in recently. It seems that hotels are buying cheap mattresses that feel like a board more than a bed. My only complaint is that the hair dryer didn't work. I had to go to another room to dry my hair.
