Good service very nice people serving you at the hotel is a dump itself they can do a renovation. It will be as good as a five star and parking lots and pool need to be cleaned.

Great friendly helpful staff (1/2 anyway). Reliable shuttle service from airport, Nice riverwalk and park immediately next door. Some basically fast food and small business restaurant options within walking distance. Nice lobby. Room is small but clean, comfortable (overnight solo traveler). Sort of worn but OK. Someone might police parking lot trash.
