Un deuxième séjour parfait
La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits – avec vue magnifique du rocher Saint Julien. En plus, le centre de Buis-les-Baronnies est à 5 minutes à pied, et le supermarché (et une nouvelle boulangerie excellente) encore plus proche. J'ai loué beaucoup de maisons (peut-êtres plus pratiques et modernes) mais je préfère toujours celles qui ont du caractère et une âme, des maisons comme celle-ci, où on sent que quelqu'un l'aime profondément. Merci encore une fois pour des vacances parfaites !

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an zu 100 % wohl gefühlt.
Das Objekt ist in allen Bereichen, Küche Bad etc. super ausgerüstet. Der Garten ist wunderbar m. Tischtennisplatte und einen super Swimmingpool! Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Nähe zum Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei und Restaurant u. Fluss. Liebhaber alter französischer Adelshäuser kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten, Das gesammte Anwesen hat einen wunderbaren Charme der einen in eine andere Zeit zurückversetzt. Das Haus u. sein Aussenbereich bietet für 6-8 Erwachsene ausreichend Platz. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Dieses Haus zu bewerten ist nicht ganz einfach. Die Lage und das Haus selber sind wunderbar, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten (außer die beiden Einzelbetten, die sind eigentlich nur für Kinder zu gebrauchen), ein wunderschöner Grten, toller Pool, Tischtennisplatte, schöne Terrasse, ein atemberaubender Blick bis zum Mont Ventoux, wenn da nur die Details nicht wären....... Die Haushaltsgeräte sind größtenteils sehr abgenutzt, der Kühlschrank ist in Ordnung, jedoch Wasch- und vor allem Spülmaschine waren uns irgendwann zu eklig um sie zu benutzen. Die Spülmaschine wackelt und ist zudem mit einer Hand nicht zu benutzen. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich etwas anderes. Wenn die Wäsche nach dem Waschen muffig riecht (schwarzer Rand ums Bullauge!) und die Spülmaschine nach dem Spülvorgang innen schwarz ist, stimmt etwas nicht. Am schlimmsten jedoch war der Check In, die genaue Adresse haben wir nur auf Nachfrage erhalten, und als wir dann zur vereinbarten Zeit am Objekt waren, war niemand da, das Haus verschlossen. Mehrere Anrufe bei der Vermieterin und auch der Kontakt zur Agentur haben leider rein gar nichts bewirkt. Das ist, gerade mit kleinen Kindern, der schlechteste Start überhaupt. Als dann nach 2 Stunden die Reinigungskraft (sehr freundlich) auftauchte, stellte sich heraus, dass die Vermieterin es offensichtlich versäumt hat, mir deren Nummer zu geben und damit das Check In zu organisiseren. Von der Vermieterin kam leider auch im Nachhinein keine Stellungnahme oder ähnliches. Da fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich sehr schlecht betreut und abgezockt, nicht nur bei diesem Mietpreis absolut inakzeptabel. Dementsprechend kann ich dieses Objekt leider nicht empfehlen. Ich würde der Vermieterin dringend empfehlen ein anderes Procedere für die Objektbetreuung zu wählen, Kommunikation, zumindest mit Urlaubsgästen, scheint nicht ihre Stärke zu sein. Sehr schade und eine schlechte Erfahrung, leider.

Maison avec énormément de charme, jardin très agréable et fleuri.
Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer de très agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis : charme de la maison et du jardin, proximité du village, tout en en étant isolé, région riche en patrimoine, petits villages à explorer et sites naturels à voir. Tout cela au plus prêt des dentelles de Montmirail.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites dans cette magnifique demeure. Le jardin est magnifique ainsi que la vue. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et le calme est très généralement au rendez-vous. La maison est grande, accueillante et fraîche même par 30 degrés.
