This is a beautiful, brand new and over 2200sq ft home located in the lovely community of Sherwood. Located in the outer northwest, you'll be treated to fresh air and pristine views of rolling hills and valleys outside your doorstep. Some lucky few will even be treated to the sight of the Aurora Borealis on ideal nights.

The house comes with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom equipped with shower and soaking tub, as well as a private TV.

In addition to the private bathroom, there is another complete bathroom on the second floor with shower and bath tub.

A fully furnished kitchen is available complete with cooking utensils, a fridge, and access to microwave, stove, and mini-oven. There are two living room areas, one on the first floor and another on the second. Both areas also include TVs.

We also offer free high speed internet and Wi-Fi to all guests. All TVs come with support for Netflix (subscription included), and YouTube.

Please notes that there is no access to the basement. There is a long term tenant living in the basement! There is no access both ways. Basement has own access from the outside and separate parking.

It is a new home that has everything. There were so many nice little extras. Spices, coffee, teas, special water, shampoos and soap. Really nice place that you wish you owned and would be happy to rent again.
