Nice place, but couch was dirty, tvs were very poor quality. We splurged to get the jacuzzi tub and the tub doesn’t even work. They didn’t even inform us of that or ask if we would like to change rooms. Very disappointing for the amount we paid.

The room looked clean but when we checked in, the floor was covered with wood shreds after the door lock change. After the carpet was vacuumed, there was still dirt and trash. Although I had told the front desk staff earlier about my estimated checkout time, the next morning when I asked for the grab-to-go breakfast, the staff on duty said the breakfast wasn’t available. Once I explained the situation, he swiftly changed his narrative but the breakfast package didn’t include the drink which was supposed to be. Anyway, there is lack of communication among staff working there, causing confusion to guests.

Wednesday Jan.17 at 7:35am i was picking up our breakfast at the reception area,and asking if this was the breakfast but i don't like the attitude of the lady employee who's assigned their, i know i was wrong going infront of the desk but my intension is just to asked about the breakfast, but that chubby lady with pink coat and curly hair! yelled at me saying "it's not yours!" She should'nt do that to the customer, besides you don't have signage to fall a line for picking up breakfast and also located in the front desk which made you confused if that line is for check in or check out because people on line has a luggage then how should i know that is the line for breakfast... Just to let her know, that her job is Customer Service! she should say politely to the customer even the customer did wrong, and also explain what to do... Just know your job very well and locate your breakfast pick up station to a place that the customer won't confused.. Thank you..
