The property has an amazing beach and ocean views. The pool area was nice but only had lounge chairs some higher chairs would be nice, The food was not as nice as in the past less food options and lower quality food. The rooms were in need of upgrades had mold and corrosion in the shower no wash cloth and no in room temperature control.

Rooms comfortable, view beautiful, entertainment great, food not so good, and never could get reservations at restaurant. Stuck with buffet only. Claimed to be sold out by 7:30am each morning. The only time you could make a reservation was the day of when you wanted the reservation. They opened at 7:00 and by 7:30am both restaurants sold out? Not buying it. Also, majority of staff spoke very little English, so not real convenient.

Stayed from 1/8/24 to 1/13/24. This hotel has a lot of opportunities for improvement. Food is very limited, not the best, it was extremely salty. Buffets are very small. I was expecting more international food like the other resorts I have visited. Food is more intended for local tourists than overseas. Basically same food every day. Pool bar policies are poor, pools and beach open by 7 am but all bars and pool bar open by 11 am, so you can have your mimosas 4 hours later after the pool and beach are open, that does not make any sense. Night entertainment is poor, it starts by 9 pm at the little theater, one hour function, then from 10:30pm to 11pm there is some live music and that's it. In other resorts that I have stayed night entertainment starts by 7 pm until 11pm with multiple activities. Social areas are very small with limited seating capacity. Some hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, some other were not. Another thing to consider is if you're looking for a calm ocean, this is not your hotel; be aware that ocean waves are very strong also be aware of reap currents. I ended up with my back hurt. This is out of hotel control but I wish I knew about this. My room was small, air conditioning was uncontrollable, mattress was extremely soft (old?). The room was clean and outdated. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Again this place has a lot of potential for improvement.
