We had a fantastically relaxing time at Na Balam. Stayed a full week with our two teens. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Appreciated having a mini fridge. The grounds are gorgeous and really feel tucked away and private, your own little oasis after a day on the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's the best we've ever seen and just a few steps away from the hotel where we had a private little area under the palms with reserved beach beds. It was truly wonderful. The staff went above and beyond, answering every question, even arranging a whale shark tour for us. Kind, courteous, attentive. The grounds were immaculate. Also, breakfast was included at the restaurant across the street which was great and unexpected. Make sure to take advantage of the walk-in yoga classes on the property, which is A .

Guermina was most helpful and accommodating. You couldn't find a nicer person. She helped me out with a very complicated request for a future stay and got me everything I requested. The same can be said for Jorge. As far as the property, the location could not be better, and the people there couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend the Na Balam to anyone staying in Isla Mujeres who wants to be on North Beach.

The standard rooms are very very basic, no TV, coffee maker, fridge,.. however, they are super large and clean. The location is the best: walking distance to all the fun, great restaurant and 2 bars within the property, and it is on the most beautiful beach. Also have to mention the staff. Everyone was wonderful!

Nice hotel close to the beach. Room facilities old

Some little problems inside room, soapbox damages, toilet water flooded. Voucher not available for drinks and food in beach restaurant, inconvenience. Not customer friendly. Over all the nicest beach ever seen. Boats coming to close to the beach having parties, loud music. Without this boats, just a paradise.

Beautiful spot. Not Luxurious. More than adequate.

My wife and I had a wonderful trip. Much needed getaway. Room with veranda and nice ocean view. Great beach. Staff gracious and attentive. Nice continnetal breakfast comes with room. Half of hotel is by the water, the other half is across the street. We stayed by the water. Pool is small and located across the street. Wi-Fi cannot be accessed in rooms.
