Liked - Good location away from busy tourist areas, walking distance from grocery store and restaurants, pool, Reasonable price. Didn't Like - No comfortable seating. Floors were not clean.

The facility itself is beautiful. It appears to be very well maintained and the furnishings are wonderful. You can tell that there was a lot of thought and effort into making sure that everything in the room was modern and up to date, however, the management could use some work. The facility is managed by someone who probably shouldn't be managing a hotel as he is young and inexperienced. When I got there his credit card machine wasn't working so he wasn't able to take my payment. Also, while the facility is up to date and modern, and the room is on the first floor, there is a 18 inch step up to get into the bathroom. I have mobility issues and am prone to falling so this made entering and leaving the bathroom very difficult. There is a pool on site, but it has a ladder, not stairs, so I wasn't able to use it. The the facility is located in a rural area where there are no taxis so you must have a vehicle to get around, luckily there are a variety of places on the island, far away from the Casa, to rent golf carts and scooters.

You get what you pay for with this property. Pros: inexpensive for the space you get, great communication with owners. Cons: away from Hidalgo street, beaches, roosters began crowing at 6:30 sharp and that would make the neighborhood dogs start barking so if you like sleeping late, this is not where you want to be. Owners had to go twice to make hot water work. In summary, great place if you’re on a budget and don’t mind waking up early

This was a 5 star stay . The family messaged us before check in to offer any assistance. Location is quite and very close to the grocery store. The room was very clean and very well equipped for a long stay. This property has a pool that is clean and deep enough to relax in. Great stay

This property was great and pleasant. It is located in the more central part of Isla Mujeres, very close to the big supermarket on the island. The kitchenette was functional for cooking breakfast and simple meals. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Our room on the second floor had a great big patio. The property has a nice pool area which we really enjoyed. Juan and his parents were lovely and picked us up from the ferry terminal and were attentive and available to answer questions. Would stay here again!

The suite was amazing.close to Chedraui and taxis (2 blocks)The walkway along the lake to the center of La Gloria and a 20 minute walk to El Centro. It has a kitchen and a full size fridge which is hard to come by and rarely seen. Nice pool and very clean and new. I will be going tthere again.

The apartment is basic, but that's exactly what you need. The cleaning lady came every other day. We were 3 people and the charge us an extra 100 pesos for an additional towel. Over all it was a great experience.
