Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food, where to start, so many options. The beach is large, kept free of seaweed. Cabana's everywhere some to rent and some free. They are doing updates and repairs on some of the property, but you really don't notice it. The spa oh the spa. Does the term, "wet noodle mean anything?" That's how I felt when I left my experince.

We liked the oceanfront room we stayed in. Food was good at all restaurants. Close to La Isla Mall; able to walk there. Very disappointed to find out once at the pool/beach that you have to pay a fee to use the cabanas after already spending a lot of money to stay at Hyatt Zilara. There was only a handful of complimentary cabanas available that people woke up really early and placed their towels on.

Excellent service. Property is old so lacks modern styling. Hot water in shower varied from warm to very hot and kept doing that. At some point, scorching hot so I had to stay aside. Reported to front desk but not professionally taken care.

This is one of the best hotel in Cancun. Their service is very good. There’re a lot of variety restaurants and each one them are so good. Loved the ocean view room. Best scenery ever seen.

Everything about this resort was wonderful…as soon as we arrived we were greeted with champagne and hot towels…… food and drinks was top tier…the service was immaculate ….everyone was so nice and helpful…especially Julio and Memo. The only cons we have is, it should be a variety of music for everyone liking….another thing…..some spa staff always asking you to purchase their massages. Other than that it was fabulous… we will definitely go back….
