The staff at Ixchel beach are amazing! This includes everyone from the front desk, wait staff, to the cleaning crew. Our suite was spectacular! We will definitely visit here again!

Everyone here was friendly we went to the beach we got towels the guys got his chairs umbrellas we asked for somebody to come help us pick up the luggage the guys at the counter was awesome the pool service was great there was a lady that was in a restaurant my wife loved her like crazy she made a great coffee at the hotel cause my wife fed all the cats all the leftover food down the alleyway and they probably miss her this week now we had a friend come from Chicago that stayed with us and she had a blast tooThank you again it was a very safe place

This was a fantastic hotel! Very clean and beautiful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. Beach was gorgeous! Dining and shopping within walking distance. I will say that this is a very family friendly hotel so if you’re going for relaxation, go somewhere else. There were a ton of little kids. Only “cons” for us were we wish there were more dining options on site, the beach was extremely crowded (but we always got lounge chairs). All in all it was a nice place.

the staff was great the beach was amazing all plus/the chairs were alittle close leading to invasive conversations.a personal problem not the facility.within walking distance to dining and shopping

I really liked being so close to the beach and only a block from anything else we wanted to walk to. Only downfall would be the size of the pool. It was pretty small but it worked just fine for us. Wait staff around the pool and beach made up for it. They were fantastic!
