Was here on my 20th anniversary for vacation and was due to stay from August 5, 2023 to August 8,2023. Upon checking in to our room the musty smell was so unbearable it was making me sick. After checking around the room there were dead bugs in the shower and it was filthy. We immediately went to the front desk and cancelled our reservation and was told we would be refunded within 30 days. I called the end of September because we still hadn’t received a refund and was hung up on twice then told the third time I needed to email them. Here we are October and I have emailed them several times with no response. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
