We had a payment issue at checkin on self service kiosk. We had no hot water even after it was promised by reception and no heat. There was bad mold around shower but we had NO HOT WATER night or morning so we did not use shower. Please refund our money because a lack of service.

We had a payment issue at check in. We also had no hot water or heat even in the morning as promised. Shower had mold all around but we could not use it because No Hot Water..I expect a full refund due to the lack of service for the hot water and no heat.

The location was an easy walk to the train station, but a nasty store just down the street!. There is no AC and it was quite hot and the carpet in the room was very dirty!
