had a ground floor room on the pool deck, not my first choice. off season so the noise didn't get too bad. coffee maker but no coffee was provided. the bed and pillows were pretty bad. clean enough for the most part. it served the purpose.

Great location and great view from our room. Disappointed in checking in. We arrived early so they told me I would receive a text when the room was ready. Never happened. Second it is a non smoking hotel. A person in the room next to us was smoking on their balcony next to us so we could not enjoy our deck. We complained multiple times to management via phone an in person. Still ever day they kept smoking. Manager told us they called but they never picked up. Just unacceptable

Kevin was really accommodating checking in. We got there a little early. Food was good at the restaurant there..especially the chicken club. Use the steps, elevator takes too long. Room was nice clean bedding ...overall I would definitely come back! Michelle S
