This beautiful and comfortable villa is equipped with every comfort.
The villa has a breathtaking panorama and the location is strategic, close only a few minutes to the crystal clear beaches of Marina Piccola and close 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta. The villa has stunning views of the Faraglioni of Capri symbol of the island and the bay of Marina Piccola, the proximity to the sea will ensure that your holiday is as relaxing.

The Villa has 2 apartments "main house" with 3 bedrooms
(2 double and 1 single bedroom) and with 3 bathrooms all with shower
(2 very large); a very spacious living room with sofa, TV, dining table; a kitchen equipped with everything.
And a "Dependace" attached with 1 bedroom (double bed) 1 bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed (for 2 people) television, dining table and a kitchen equipped with everything, with terrace and outdoor table.
The External Villa has a large terrace with 2 outdoor dining tables, sun loungers and outdoor sofas, in addition there is the outdoor shower and a small part of garden with lemon trees, and an old well.

The house is located on the main road leading from the center of Capri to the beaches, bars and restaurants of Marina Piccola, which can be easily reached on foot within minutes.
The place is a paradise out of the mundane but it is not far from downtown, it is easy to reach.
The place offers an unforgettable view especially at dawn and dusk.

During check - in and check-out you will find one of our staff to welcome you and be at your disposal for any information.
I communicate constantly with my guests by e-mail, messages with cell phone, but unfortunately they are not always in place because I live and work in Naples, but if necessary, I reach them. But when I'm there my colleague a very special person who will take care of you.


The entrance to the villa and on the main road leading to the beaches of Marina Piccola (Via Marina Piccola 41).
Near the house is down the street you will find the small Marina Bay, there is no parking Buses and taxis.
Buses run every 5 minutes and lead to Capri town or Anacapri are very affordable ticket costs EUR 1. 80.
But there is also the stop of 'bus directly outside the villa.

This was a great home to relax in Capri. W/It was 5 min by taxi to Capri and 10 min to Anacapri. Very nice with a huge patio to view the sea. Hats off to Daniella and Luca for their warm reception and attention to detail. It will be on our list to stay on out next visit.

Amazing view, very charming villa and a great host, all you need :)
We enjoyed our stay in Luca's villa a lot! The house is equipped with all things you may need during your stay, clean and well positioned half way between the Piazzetta and the Marina Piccola. The huge terracce offers the best views!! Beautiful sunset and amazing for your morning coffee too! Highly recommended.
