I booked for the pool and the front desk said pool was closed due to maintence, so sad at that!!! We got to our room and there was leftover food from previous guest in our fridge!!! Front desk was nice and accomidating, but charged me extra for first floor room and im physically handicapped and cant go up stairs without elevator and didnt take in to consideration....need to make hotel handicap accessible to better accomidate ALL without having to pay extra for what should be FREE accommodations!!!

The rooms were smelly, dead/live bugs everywhere, the chair was ripped up, as well as areas of the carpet were ripped up as well.

The property was just...OK. It is an old property and the weather was HOT, and therefore the hotel was very warm. The rooms - once cooled down were just fine. NO elevator! Stairs only if not staying on the first floor prepare to lug everything up and down the stairs with no assistance except other brawny travelers who jumped in to help. Not ideal for us older folks, but we managed fine with help.

The pool was not heated.was so cold my kids couldn't swim.asked for refund after 1 hr owner said no.do not recommend to anyone.guy is a crook

Dear Patrick, Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our pool to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order pool. Upon your request, we have checked pool water temperature with 2 different thermometers and it was 80 degree. I am sorry that you felt pool was not heated.

It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurants within walking distance. COVID eliminated breakfast though.

The customer service was amazing and it was nice and peaceful and relaxing I didn’t like that when we was in the pool room there was people blaring a speaker it was loud
