Stayed 3 nights out of necessity. The man that I checked in with was very nice and professional. Even a couple days later while they were going around doing room service, he asked if we needed towels, or service to clean the room. We were in the middle of moving and my adult son was sleeping since he works nights 15 minutes from the hotel, so I declined room service but asked for fresh towels and told him I would take care of the garbage myself. I did appreciate his inquiry.
However, it stopped there. The room was shabby. It was non smoking but there were cigarette burns everywhere. The heater was held together by duct tape and the 3rd night, it stopped working alltogether at around 2am. There was a HUGE gap between the entrance door to the room and the floor, big enough for mice and lots of insects.
I did take a video and pictures of the heater and door.
The beds were outdated, old, and super hard and uncomfortable. The blankets were very thin and it was even worse the third night when the heater broke.
I informed the person at the front desk that the heater broke around 2am and she told me that we should have called down to the office because they are open 24/7. However, I had zero interest in moving my room and belongings at 2am which would have been the only solution so it seemed pointless to even address it at 2am.

Staff was polite and friendly. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. I was concerned, at first about the potholes in the lane the GPS took us to, until we figured there was a proper entrance on the other end.
