We left the property within 15 minutes of check in. It was so vile, filthy, had dead bugs and we observed what appeared to be rodent droppings in the hall. The room we were assigned was dirty. The rug was stained. It had not been vacuumed. The air conditioning was set at 60, but was spewing hot air. We were told we would be refunded. It had better happen.

Wait to get room was 1 1/2 hours in Lobby. Overbooked room, keys did not work. Found room open. Dirty, no water, no towels. Dirt and hair in bathroom, at least the toilet flushed. Staff made excuses for everything. Was only room left so stayed. (No choice in whole town) Was advised I would not be charged at check out. None of the exterior door locked. Trash piled up around every exterior trash can.

Very unprofessional in all ways. I booked through Travelocity for 3 nights and my stay was cancelled. I would like to have my money refunded. Hotel said Travelocity is responsible that.

No hot water, no air conditioning, no breakfast. Staff was friendly, even under the stressed circumstances, which is commendable. However, the lack of basic functioning of the hotel was just completely unacceptable at any price (notwithstanding the $250/night that we paid). Things break (hot water, AC), but a responsible owner/manager simply has to get them fixed. The hotel didn't even attempt/intend to serve breakfast, even though it was a listed amenity. They said there was no breakfast since the hotel recently reopened. Completely unacceptable.

This is not a 3star hotel. Our rooms smelled awful as did the hallway. We booked non smoking rooms but were given smoking rooms which made those with asthma have to use their inhalers often. However, the young man at the front was very friendly.
