Almost but not quite.
Pros:Location was good.
Cons:The staff training on what. Oh yes they are friendly, but they should have the right answer for you.
Location:Well, its in the middle of almost everything and if you have a car with you then everything is 10 minutes away.
The Lake Hotel in Tagaytay is an easy to find hotel with a great view of Taal lake. Four comments if I may; One, if you or your family likes to take a dip on the pool, this hotel offers two, a fully-covered pool, non-heated, so no night swimming for you coz its Tagaytay after all, also its located in the front right there along side of the parking area with a view of the street, not really for modest swimmers.
On the other hand, the main pool, located in from of the lobby where every hotel guest whose checking-in to see. Its non-heated too, so even morning dips are hard to do. And if you do find the courage to take a dip there, the friendly staff are all lined-up watching your every move and ready to mop the floor coz a simple hand paddle movement would send a good amount of water to the main hallway leading to the rooms. Yup, bad architectural design on both accounts.
Another, I brought with me my seven and nine year old daughters and before I went there I gave them a call to find out about their breakfast buffet cost. I was told by the friendly staff that children below 11 years are free and true enough they WHERE NOT FREE! So don't bother calling them about that. Another one is the welcome drinks can be served anytime you want or not.
Lastly, It was my wife's birthday. I called again if I could buy a cake there so I could surprise my spouse pay for it when I arrive, they gave me a call back just to say it was NOT POSSIBLE!!!
