Staff refused to honor the on line advertised price for a pet. Doubled it after I had already paid for the room on line. This no refund. Room was missing toiletries and remote not functioning. I expect a refund. Terrible stay and staff was unfriendly and not helpful

When we called Choice Hotels earlier today, we were told about all of the amenities, which high speed internet was one of them. We were never told that the internet is down which includes television. I am on the road and have business I need to conduct on the computer. When I called the office to ask about it, the man said it had been down for 3 days!! He then spoke to someone in a foreign language in the background and then hung up on me! This is UNACCEPTABLE! Also, Our sink had a wad of toilet paper in it so the water doesn’t drain. My husband had to clear it out. There is no way the housekeeper could have cleaned the sink properly without noticing that. The arms of the chair in our room are disgustingly filthy. We have no desire to sit in it. The bed is unlevel. There is just so much wrong with this motel and room. This motel supposedly has a rating of 8. I give it a poor.

They should not put older people on the second floor. No elevator. Had to lugged heavy suitcase up the metal stairs.

I liked the fact we had enough clean towels for our use & didn’t have to request additional. The facility is close to a major freeway & easy to access without being accosted with panhandlers.

The indoor pool had to be accessed by crossing the parking lot from our room, but since it was summer, not a big problem. The pool was cold, but clean, the first day and almost as clean the third day. Since it was a hot day, it was fine, but I hope they heat it in the winter. The room was bigger than we expected (probably because of a no-show), and clean. Usual dim lighting of motels these days.
