Obviously nice location being right across from Navajo Lodge, but the room was stuffy, dusty, and dated. There were cobwebs from the lights, and dust on all the decor plants, but the sheets were clean so that was a win. The rental looked larger online, but if you’re only sleeping in it and not trying to spend much time in it, it’s fine.

Stay far away!
Filthiest room! The hot water didn’t work. We all got sick from the dust and left a day early. They wouldn’t fix the hot water. Actual cabinets were missing. Urine on the walls. Disgusting dirty bedding. Avoid this place at all costs. We were completely ripped off. We have stayed a lot of places and this is by far the WORST.

Worst night sleep entire life no joke
The bedding and pillows were the worst of my entire life! I was in tears with neck spasms and resulting headache by 2 am. I called hotels.com and they said I could check out and get refunded remaining two nights. I then booked at cedar breaks and that was heaven for not much more per night! However I never got confirmation of my refunded nights I didn’t use and I’m going to file as many complaints until these con artists refund my money.

We had a great stay the property was clean and perfect for our needs. The proximity to the ski resort was great! The only two things that could have been better were the mattresses and the heater. Beds weren’t too comfy and the heater barely worked. Thank goodness for all the cozy throw blankets.

It was very beautiful and amazing place, especially for a family vacation. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedsheets’ cleanness. They were very dirty. Other than that everything was amazing!

Winter wonderland
Condo is conveniently located walking distance to Apple Annie’s Country store (Beer, Liquor, wine, eggs, etc). There is a shuttle to both ski resorts onsite. Condo is a bit dated. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the condo heater on. However, plenty of blankets were provided. Wood Fireplace was great. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable (could feel the springs in the mattress). Jetted bathtub was relaxing! Living room has beautiful views of the Giant Steps Mountain resort. Overall, the dated condo is in a perfect location. If peace and snowfall is what you are looking for, this is perfect. *Tip* elevation is 9,600’ so altitude/mountain sickness is very likely to settle in. Bring ibuprofen, oxygen cans, water and chap stick (all available at Apple Annie’s).

Dogshit timberbrook.
This place is total dogshit, there was 3 beds instead of 5 as listed, no AC and it was hot as hell in there. The property had not been cleaned anytime recently there was candy and crumbs all over the floors and counters. Overall condition of this property is a 1 out of 10. Pool closed 100 degrees outside, hot tub closed, stay away from this property it’s a total scam.
