The walls are thin, I could hear the neighboring visitors very clearly. Especially their kids! 12-2 am and then 8-10 am the kids were screaming and running around, jumping and hollering. I am a mother but never have I experienced a hotel allow this to happen so late at night. The receptionist also is not welcoming at all and is never at the front desk.

All staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms clean and large. Breakfast was adequate but staff seemed confused about some things like a microwave for the oatmeal packets.

We arrived at night and found our room appeared clean and ready until pulling the sheets back. It was obvious that someone enjoyed a sexual encounter quite recently in our bed. I don’t believe it was a result of the room not being cleaned since we arrived so late and it was obviously occurred very recently. It was quite upsetting with young kids in the room. They moved us but won’t return there.

The housekeeper that cleaned that room was on her own for her 1st time and she missed the wet spot on the bed which should have been prevented. We took the correct measures to resolve the issue with the room and with the new housekeeper to prevent this from happening in the future. We were not happy with room. Rug was not vacuumed, hair on pillow and we hadnt slept on it yet. Asked maid to vacuum she didnt understand. Didnt mop or sweep bathroom floor. The bed was made everyday except the sheets underneath were a mess, not tucked in or straightened, she just covered with the bed spread. Also the door was left open friday night when we returned. So it must have been that way all day...anyone could have come in. Im sure accidentally but still not cool. However, the front staff was very nice. Probably wont stay again
