The inn keeper was actually out on errands when we arrived and had our room key on the counter for us with a sweet little note. Our room was so cute and quaint, everyone from the inn was friendly and the breakfast options were delicious both days. Very quiet place and we'll definitely be back in the spring

The Inn is a nice quiet place to wind down for the night. The proprietor’s are very helpful and are willing to help you in any way possible. Our recent vacation was made much better in large part to their help and above and beyond level of customer support. A+ across the board!

Only ones at the hotel. Still charged us for upgrade and since no one else there the hotel bar and restaurant was not open and they still charged us full price, did not even comp the bloody marys we had the next day for breakfast, charged us full NYC prices for them.
Upgraded room was very nice, the place was very nice the owners were very helpful just would have appreciated more flexibility for pricing knowing we were the only one there.
Will not go back again for the prices do not feel it is worth it will be looking for other B&B places that have more in the area for us to enjoy.

Thank you for being our guests. When we discovered that you had a room with a king bed not two twins, the only room available was the grand suite at double the price of your reservation, which is why we gave you a good discount. I am not sure why you thought we should give you free alcohol as the State of Vermont does not allow us to that. If you do decide to come back we have other less expensive rooms with a king bed.
You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is available daily. A computer station is on site, and both WiFi and wired Internet are free in public spaces. A business center and 5 meeting rooms are available. Event space at this bed & breakfast measures 900 square feet (84 square meters) and includes conference space. A library, a terrace, and a garden are also featured at The Lilac Inn. Free self parking is available. This Brandon bed & breakfast is smoke free.
