The front desk person was ot friendly she said your room is over there, where is over there. She acted like she didn't care about my stay.

I've been coming back every week, and sometimes I forget something. This week I forgot my shampoo stuff, but when I returned the staff had left it under the sink! Thank you!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pros: NOTHING!!
Cons: They need new staff that know how to clean, front desk clerks that aren't lazy!
Location: The location is good. I like the fact that it's away from a busy area and there are restaurants and stores less than 5 minutes away.
My experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible and I will NEVER spend another night in this hotel. When I walked into the room (104) the toilet was disgusting. The rim of the toilet had black stains around it and the toilet bowl had urine around it. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, she informed me that cleaning staff was not available all day. I was given another room (126). When I walked into this room, the tub was filthy and the room smelled like mold. I immediately stormed back to the front desk. I was so disappointed. I could not get my money back and it was too late to cancel the reservation. I most certainly will not book this hotel or I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. STAY AWAY. They don't send anyone to clean your room and you have to take your used towels to the office to trade for clean ones. But staff had a nerve to bang on my door the day I was set to check out. I called at 8am that morning to ask if I could get my check out time extended to 12pm! I was livid!!

You could hear the people in the next room talking. Couldn't understand them but it as a bit dis-concerting. complimentary breakfast was lacking. Fresh pastries or doughnuts would have been nice.

Overall, I expected more. They didn't even have plastic cups in the room. The toilet was pock marked black. The time clock didn't work, flashing.

Disappointing

Pros: free wifi and parking
Cons: the staff needs a refresher in cleanliness.
Location: It was and ok location from where we had a meeting.
Overall, it was the dirtiest hotel stay we have had in 10 years. One pillow case was soiled, the bathroom counter and wall was dirty and the wall had some kind of red stain on it by the light switch (looked kind of like ketchup?). The microwave had finger prints and food stains on it. There were few amenities. No shampoo or rinse, not cups for water, although I have to give them credit when I went to office and asked the clerk for cups she went to another room and came back to our room with real ceramic cups. Would not recommend and never stay again. Very disappointing for $95 but is is in the DC area?
