We were told there were no towels, therefore we were unable to shower!!! Both elevators broke down and my husband has a heart condition so we walked the fifth floor a dozen times with him hardly able to breathe. Loud kids all night. Weed smoking in our hall. Worst experience at a hotel I have had ever.

Made a nonrefundable reservation when we realized we would miss our connecting flight. Arrived at hotel after $75 Uber ride from airport to find out they had given our room away. We had to spend another $50 on an Uber back to the airport and then spent the night in baggage claim.
