Check in was slow (only one person working desk), required manual entry of my license info, but the one staff person was helpful. Third floor had an unpleasant but not identifiable odor in the hallway. Parking was easy, but lot was difficult to enter and exit due to busy thoroughfare.

When we checked into our room we noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed and there were MANY hairs on the bathroom floor. This was not worth the amount I had to pay to stay. The room also smelled like Febreeze had been sprayed everywhere and it was hard to breathe. We asked for a new room and this room had a tub that dripped water all night! The pillows are terrible and have a huge tag that says Choice Hotels as if someone would steal the lousy pillow. I would not recommend or ever stay there again. The hotel needs a major overhaul. I want my money back!!!

I am sorry you were not happy with the first room, but you seemed to be happy with the second room since you went ahead and extended for an extra day. What are you talking about. The hotel has been renovated with all new furniture including the mattresses. Again I am sorry you were not happy with first room but second room you were fine with, even extended your stay.

So the hotel overall was really nice the room was fairly clean you could tell that they did not wipe down the surfaces in there as there were drink rings on our bedside tables. Also the stopper in the bathtub would not work, therefore we could not take a hot warm bath because it would not hold water. The breakfast in the morning is a grab and go breakfast that they are serving which consist of muffins and coffee because of Covid. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and we got a good nights rest. Overall we would stay again as those are not huge things to us, and we made do in a pinch when our power was out due to a snowstorm.
