Excellent Hotel
Our fourth visit to this charming hotel over twenty years, it doesn’t change, the history and grandeur is amazing. Quite dated but all part of the tapestry! Fantastic situation for everything, food, shops, theatre and the history of Cheltenham. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay
Very friendly welcome from the reception staff. Our room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities were very good. The room was too warm and we couldn't turn the thermostat down although on check out they said we could have turned the radiator off, it wasn't obvious how to do that, but that is my only minor criticism. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Overall excellent. A couple of minor housekeeping points that the Hotel staff dealt with immediately. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a traditional hotel that has had modern touches added.

Fabulous and elegant stay
It is one of my favourite buildings in Cheltenham. We had an amazing stay, the room was clean and staff kind and helpful. As for the price it is surprisingly affordable and if you wish to explore Cotswolds in style then Queens Hotel should be your first option.

Very regal building inside and out in a great location with excellent bars and restaurants nearby and a short stroll to the main shopping area. Convenient parking at £15 per night. Nice big comfortable bed although pillows too soft. Good selection of tea and coffee in room and complimentary large bottle of water.
