My main issue was there was someone literally running in the room above us at 2am for over an hour. We couldn’t sleep due to the amount of noise. We tried dialing 0 on the room phone to complain to the front desk and it routed our call to a call center?? I will say the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and very clean. While I didn’t experience too many issues, a lot of other people did during breakfast. The pancake machine was down which upset a lot of people. The beverages ran out well before the end of breakfast. I actually saw one guy get so upset he recorded all the issues he experienced during breakfast. So while their kitchen is being remodeled, this is something I’d caution other guests about. No shortage of eggs and sausage. But milk ran out, juice ran out, water ran out, LONG line at the toaster, and no pancake machine.

Comfortable beds(which is a dble edged sword-great to sleep on, but terrible when looking for a cheaper hotel and worriedabout the bed becauseyou have a bad back) nice "suites" with a couch, refrigerator, and microwave. Convenient to WCU, however they hike up their prices, by hundreds of dollars, on any weekends that WCU has any major activity. We have spenr thousands at this property, as my son just graduated after almost 6 years, and they give a minor discounts, but the rooms are almost dble what others in town are. Also, if you order on Expedia you don't have the option to sign in early..
