Nice Hotel being remodeled

Pros: Friendly staff and adequate breakfast
Cons: luggage carts and outside appearance
The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was on the second floor and looks like it had been recently updated except for the cheap imitation brass towels racks in the bathroom that were losing their finish. The luggage carts were all in poor condition and the outside landscaping was in horrible condition. The ground floor exit door on my side of hotel would not even open. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel Easy to Find.

Room was large and clean, though a bit dated. Bed very comfortable. Jacuzzi bath with sliding glass window a surprise. Loved the breakfast choices available. Hotel staff very accommodating. I purchased some meats at the farmer's market in town and the staff let me keep them in the hotel fridgerator until we checked out.

Hotel was very comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
There aren't many choices in Chestertown but that doesn't diminish the quality of the hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and breakfast in the morning was very good. They kept things very well stocked. The only weird thing was a sliding glass door that opened from the sitting room into the bathroom, dangerous if you have mischievous friends or children. We were four friends in town for a wedding and even though we were probably a little loud the hallways were always quiet. Overall a very good experience.
