My husband and I stayed here for the night when we came in town to visit for a night and there was no air at all. We were sweating all night long.

Shuttle was not available at my arrival, and had to pay a cab They notify me that shuttle service would not be working on my exit day, as they were going to service it. Uber was too expensive!! I had to left the hotel 1 day before to avoid transport costs They refuse to refund one night of hotel, or paid transportation Travelocity tried to get refund too without success The phone agent was very helpful, nice, care, but hotel refused to refund

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. Please be assured appropriate measures will be taken to make sure the it doesn't happen again. Our Shuttle timings are 7AM to 10PM. If you require a shuttle before that time we are not able to provide the service because of no availability of staff. We are working very hard to make sure that no customer has to pay out of pocket for the ride back and forth from airport. We hope you will give us a chance to serve you better in the future.

Dirty! The room was awful but because I got in so late 3am, I reallly jus needed to sleep. They had me in a disability room and there was tons of crap under the bed and no remote either. The ac was so loud and old I turned it off therefore slept in a room where it was 80f.

My room (133) was filthy. I got in at 3am and was only there to sleep but under the bed was filthy, no remote control and I was put in a disability room with a small bed.

Shuttle requires 24 hours notice, which we weren’t told about. Booked because it was advertised with a shuttle. Advertised as free parking, but costs $10 per day. Room smelled like marijuana and we were able to hear neighbors tv all night long.
