It was the worst experience. They have no room service, you have to take your dirty towels to the lobby and exchange for new ones, I had to go and ask for toilet paper and they told me THEY had NO TOILET paper????? I had so what are we suppose to do and the receptionist just shrugged their shoulders. Place was dirty, blankets ripped, fridge and dishes filthy. Really terrible experience.

Staff was great, but property needs some serious attention. First room we were given was not cleaned, so they moved us to a clean room. Bedroom had no overhead light, only wall sconces. Pull out couch in the living room area was stained/nasty and so was the bed (with a paper-thin mattress). Kitchen area was clean, but in both rooms, the fridge was dented in multiple places? Odd. Hallway carpet needs deep cleaning, and rolling bins of trash sitting by the elevators didn't contribute positively to the smell. Whoever was above us sounded like they were renovating the room until 2:30AM. Like I said, staff was very kind, but overall super negative experience. Feels very old and needs updating. I booked based on great reviews, but I have a feeling they must have been from a while ago.

Giving wrong room key. Walked in on the worse smelling room with guy in bed. New room had no towels or any soaps, etc. tv remote batteries were dead. Each time I had to look for front desk help bc manager was smoking.

Very well stocked and organized breakfast area, very clean room which looked to be recently updated. Friendly check in and check out. Plan to stay again on next visit to the area.

Safe area. Plenty of parking. Easy entrance and lot was well lot. No houses around property. Big plus.

It was just average. First room we got did not have sheets on bed and none in room. Got there late and were tired so very inconvenient to be moved. Only thing that was real good was breakfast. Rest was poor or average .

Strobe light over bed!!!

I truly understand the fire safety requirements of a room with a kitchenette, but do they have to locate the blinking smoke detector directly over the bed ON THE CEILING???? White strobe alternates with red and green for your viewing pleasure while you try to figure out if you can make a blindfold out of your underwear. I had already unplugged the full sized refrigerator which sounded like a semi driving through the room and tied the curtains together to keep them from blowing around when the a/c came on. I really wanted to sleep, not remodel the room. Breakfast was disgusting.
