Hotel is not clean. Carpets are dirty in halls. Someone had urinated in hall outside our room. Smell was HORRIBLE all week. Bathroom tub was stopped up for 2 days and wouldn't drain correctly. A/C never worked right. Room was too warm. Simple cleaning and care of the facility was neglected.

There was a lot of noise in the hallway, and heard through the door of our unit. Perhaps better weather stripping at the bottom of the door would help. The breakfast was disappointing. The front desk staff were excellent. They were helpful and even able to locate a lost item for me.

Great location, clean hotel, quiet rooms

Pros: I liked the location, quiet and clean room.
Cons: They could use firm pillows.
Location: Traveled to meet friends in Naperville and local locations and southern suburban cities.
Country Inns & Suites was convenient to expressways to travel in any direction. The hotel's breakfast area was clean and offered a variety of items. The room was very clean, up dated furnishings; however they could use firm pillows. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist in your needs.

Mediocre. Not a place for organic or vegans

The staff were friendly, but the food was definitely fast food, low quality. I'm glad I brought my own food because their was nothing I could eat. They did not have black tea tea and they even ran out of the other options. There was limited seating in the dining area. I might spend $10 more dollars for a more enjoyable experience.

Very close to all the areas I was going to,

Pros: Clean
Cons: Back parking need better lighting, back door key pad did not work some times which caused you to stand in a dark area for some time. Not good.
Location: When to wedding all was planned.
OK, back parking area need better lighting. Back door key pad did not work at times, had to walk to front to get in. Also area is not safe you have to stand to long at door to get key to allow the door to open, not good if you alone.
