The hotel was horrible. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom sink was stopped up. A full refund would be great. The TV remote did not work. The running water smelled so bad wasn’t able to shot until we got home. Again, a full refund would be awesome.

On reservations it does say that we would require a different credit card for incidentals but I feel we should word more clearly.
